Watching the Jonas Bros talk about purity and purity rings on Larry King last night was interesting for a few reasons.  With the commitment that they made in their earlier teen years, they brought up the fact that they choose to respect women and girls.  In our society where respect has been basically thrown out the window, it is so awesome to see that respect is not a sign of weakness as popular culture portrays it to be - respect is actually a sign of strength.  By respecting women and themselves, the Jonas Bros have built an incredible fan base.  With all of the celebrities that we have seen self destruct in recent memory, these three grounded young men have the right attitudes and values to make good choices that enable them to have a life of joy and purpose.  They fully understand the long term ramifications of today’s actions, and it is so inspiring to watch their walks through life.  Simply put - they understand the big picture - and they have a tremendous peace about how they are living life.   In their celebrity world with temptation so prevalent, they are living proof that everyone has the choice to respect others and themselves.  Although many believe it, we are not victims of society’s influences - we all have the ability to choose to do the right thing.  The Jonas Bros are admired and respected by millions - because the Jonas Bros respected the millions of fans first.   When it’s all said and done - the nice guy does finish first.
