Purity rings that have NOT been worn that need to be exchanged for a different size can be sent to us at:

Please include (1) the ring, (2) a copy of the packing list /
invoice (3) mention of the new size that you need and (4) a check for
$6.95 to cover shipping, handling & insurance. Turn around time is usually one to two days.
Purity Ring Sizing (for rings that HAVE been worn)
Since our jewelers are very familiar with our products, we highly
recommend that you send your purity ring back to us should it need to be
re-sized as opposed to bringing to another jeweler. While there are
many component jewelers in the industry, we cannot vouch for the skills
of other jewelers so we encourage you to send your purity ring sizing
needs directly to us.
