PROMISE – Be assured of God’s promise that He has a specific plan for your life. Think your plan is better than His? Well you can try your plan out, but ultimately we will be drawn back to the peace that His plan provides. For I know the plans that I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for a disaster, to bring you a future and a hope – Jeremiah 29:11.
PURPOSE – God’s plan for our life is centered around a unique purpose that He has individually ordained for each of us. This purpose gives our lives meaningful passion to serve God and others. We realize that a fulfilled life is a life of giving, not taking. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose – Romans 8:28.
PATIENCE – A life of purity results in discernment to understand people’s motives and the patience to allow God’s timing in your life and your relationship. By staying close to God and living a life of purity, you will have the patience to wait on the Lord until He brings His hand chosen spouse into you life. The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride – Ecclesiastes 7:8.
PEACE – When we are living a life of purity, we have that peace that passes all understanding. The trust that we are assured that God is in control. In a chaotic and often cruel world, we rest in the fact that God’s plan will prevail. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus – Philippians 4:7.
PRAISE – Finally as we live a life in Purity, we praise God for all He does. We are infinitely grateful for the relationship with Him and the unconditional love and grace that He has for us. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places surely I have a delightful inheritance. I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken – Psalm 16:6-8.
